GridKind (operated by GridKind (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa) provides a trusted community commerce and Circle coordination platform. These Terms govern your use of the GridKind service accessed through approved channels, including WhatsApp and this website.

By messaging our WhatsApp number, creating or joining a Grid, or making a purchase through GridKind, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in South Africa to use GridKind. By using the service you confirm you meet these requirements.

GridKind allows users to: join or create Grids and Circles with people they trust; purchase approved offers such as groceries, electricity, airtime, and other listed services; contribute toward stated Circle goals; send fixed-purpose gifts to other Grid members; and sponsor approved purchases. All purchases are processed via our third-party payment provider.

All payments are processed securely by our payment processor, a registered South African payment service provider. GridKind does not store your banking details. Once a payment is confirmed, the relevant voucher, service, or contribution is processed automatically. Payment links expire after a limited time window for security purposes.

Circle goal contributions are tied to the stated community purpose shown in the relevant Grid or Circle. GridKind acts as a facilitator of these fixed-purpose contributions and is not a bank, financial institution, or registered credit provider. GridKind does not offer general-purpose stored value, cash balances, or insured deposits.

Users may send approved offers or fixed-purpose contributions to other Grid members, including anonymously where supported. GridKind does not verify the relationship between sender and recipient and is not liable for disputes arising from gifts sent through the platform.

You may not use GridKind for any unlawful purpose, to defraud other users, to launder funds, or to circumvent these Terms. GridKind reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any account suspected of violating these Terms.

GridKind provides the service "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridKind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to payment processing delays caused by third-party providers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GridKind after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
